Saving concepts

  • Vault — a secure digital envelope to earmark money for a purpose. Funds stay liquid but are labelled and separated. Great for emergency funds and medium-term goals.
  • Stash Spot — a small, flexible bucket for day-to-day spending categories (groceries, entertainment).
  • Safe Haven — very low-risk holdings for protecting wealth you can't afford to lose.
  • Wealth Well — long-term growth holdings to build net worth over years.
  • Fund Fort — reserved cash for households or businesses to withstand unexpected expenses.

Money basics

  • Net worth — total assets minus liabilities, tracked across linked accounts, debts and investments.
  • Double-entry bookkeeping — every transaction affects at least two accounts with equal debits and credits, keeping your books always balanced.
  • Money Mode — a posture (Survival, Recovery, Fullness) derived from your savings rate that tailors guidance.
  • Period close — locking a month or year so prior records can't be edited; every close is logged.
  • Remittance — a cross-border money transfer, available in Fullness via Wise.
  • Dunning — automated reminders sent when an invoice becomes overdue.
