Create an invoice

  1. Go to Invoices → New invoice.
  2. Choose a client (or add one), set the invoice and due dates, and add line items with quantities and prices.
  3. Add tax rates where applicable — totals and tax are calculated automatically.
  4. Preview, then Send. Your client receives an email with a link to a hosted invoice page.

After sending

Track status (sent, viewed, paid, overdue) from the Invoices list. When an invoice is paid, the payment is recorded to your ledger and the receivable is cleared automatically.
