Online payment

Each invoice has a hosted page where your client can pay by card or other enabled methods. As soon as they pay, the invoice is marked paid and the funds are recorded.

Automate reminders (dunning)

Dunning sends polite, automatic reminders when an invoice becomes overdue, improving how fast you get paid.

1. Go to Settings → Invoicing → Reminders.
2. Configure a schedule (for example: a gentle nudge at due date, then follow-ups at 7, 14 and 30 days overdue).
3. Customize the message tone. Reminders stop automatically once the invoice is paid.

Tip: enabling a short reminder schedule typically reduces late payments significantly with no extra effort.
