Savings Circles (Chama)
Save, rotate payouts, lend and manage welfare with a group using Savings Circles (Chama).
Savings Circles (Chama)
Savings Circles let groups of family members, friends or colleagues save together, rotate payouts, manage loans and track welfare claims — all inside Fullness.
Create or join a circle
- Go to Circles (or Chama for the v2 experience).
- Create a circle with a name, contribution amount, cycle and payout rules, or accept an invite to join an existing one.
- Invite members and assign roles such as chair, treasurer or co-signatory.
Scheduled contributions and rotation
Members can set up automatic contributions per cycle. The rotation schedule shows whose turn is next and when payouts are due. Arrears are tracked so the treasurer can follow up before the next rotation.
Loans and welfare
Circles can offer internal loans with approval rules and interest. Loan balances and repayments are recorded in the member’s debt ledger. Welfare claims follow the same approval flow and are disbursed from the circle balance.
FX-aware circles
When members contribute in different currencies, Fullness converts amounts using the live FX rate and records the contribution in the circle’s base currency. You can also lock a rate for a future payout.
